What you need
Ingredients
- 60ml Old Durbar Two Continents
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Simple syrup
- 15ml Egg white (optional)
- 3-4 dashes Angostura bitters
- 2-3 Ice cubes
How to Serve
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (without ice) for 30 seconds
- Add ice cubes and shake well
- Strain into a rocks glass
- Garnish with an orange slice and maraschino cherry
